About the Event
The Hoop Warehouse Speed & Agility Boot Camp offers a structured approach to enhancing speed development. This Boot Camp aims to refine your running form, flexibility, reaction time, agility, and strength. The program is specifically designed for athletes aged 11-17, catering to both boys and girls.
From July 8-31... Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm-6pm.
