About the Event
A 3-Hour, One day workout that will consist of 1-hour of Speed and Agility work with Alston Strong and 2-hours of Basketball Skill work with Get Better Hoops Academy. There will be 2 sessions offered. Below are the details:

WHO: Beginner / Intermediate players (9-13 years old)
